Le service a été extrêmement prompt. Nous avons fait affaire avec Meca Home concept pour inspecter une voiture que nous souhaitions acheter dans une autre ville. L'inspection a eu lieu le lendemain de ma prise de contact avec Meca Home. Ils se sont chargé de toute la logistique avec le concessionnaire pour l'inspection, puis m'ont fourni un rapport clair et détaillé. On m'a aussi appelé pour m'expliquer le rapport et répondre à mes questions. -- Florian

Impeccable service. It's truly reassuring to be able to get such a thorough inspection before buying a used vehicle, especially from a private seller. This allowed us to proceed with the transaction with peace of mind.
The inspection took place directly at the seller's place the day after my reservation, and by that same evening, I already had the detailed report with photos! Incredible!

I am satisfied because, thanks to this inspection, I learned that the vehicle I wanted to buy was at risk and required a lot of work. The internal inspection did not report these problems at all, and even either downplayed them or hid them. I feel lucky to have had the idea to get an inspection and to have gone through them.

I recently used Méca Home Concept for a pre-purchase inspection and I have to say, I was impressed! After contacting them, the inspection was scheduled less than 48 hours later. They came out and inspected the vehicle directly at the dealership without me needing to be there. Once the inspection was complete, I received a brief phone summary and my detailed report via email about an hour later. I found them to be very professional, reliable, and affordable. My inspection report was detailed and reassuring. I am very satisfied with their service and would recommend them without hesitation!

The service was good overall and the report was quite complete, but I am a little disappointed because I took the trouble to specify to the technician that the most important point was to ensure that the vehicle had no major rust, and unfortunately he did not notice that the floor was completely rusted through... Which would have allowed me to save a significant amount on the purchase price of the vehicle.

They called me less than 24 hours after the order and less than 48 hours after the vehicle inspection was done. I spoke with Cyril on the phone, and he explained everything to me in person before I received the detailed report by email a few minutes later. This saved me a lot of trouble when buying a vehicle. They also offered me a discount on the inspection of a second vehicle, which was carried out with the same thoroughness. Don't hesitate to contact them.
