class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Object of the guarantee<\/h2><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">This warranty is a limited coverage offered to the buyer of a pre-owned vehicle inspected by M\u00e9canique Home Concept.<br \/>It covers internal mechanical failures of the engine and transmission for the duration of the warranty.<\/p><h2>Available formulas<\/h2><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li><p>12-month \/ 20,000 km warranty \u2013 1000 $<\/p><\/li><li><p>36-month \/ 60,000 km warranty \u2013 2500 $<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The first deadline reached (time or mileage) ends the warranty.<\/p><h2>Blanket<\/h2><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The warranty covers only the following parts:<\/p><h3 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Engine<\/h3><p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">Engine block and all lubricated internal parts (pistons, crankshaft, valves, etc.)<\/p><h3 style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Transmission<\/h3><p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">Automatic or manual transmission, torque converter, internal shafts, internal gears.<\/p><h2>Warranty exclusions<\/h2><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Are not covered<\/strong> :<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Oil, gaskets, belts, filters, spark plugs, engine accessories, sensors.<\/li><li>Any damage caused by a lack of maintenance, overheating, vehicle modification, or misuse.<\/li><li>Vehicles with tampered or non-functional odometers.<\/li><li>Vehicles used for commercial transport, Uber, delivery, competition, or rental.<\/li><li>Failures prior to the warranty start date.<\/li><li>Breakage due to an accident, fire, flood, or any other disaster.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3>Conditions for validity<\/h3><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>The client must do a complete inspection of <em><strong>Home Mechanical Concepts<\/strong><\/em> and subscribe to the warranty within 7 days of purchasing the vehicle with a <strong>Classification A or B<\/strong> by the inspector<\/li><li>The vehicle must not have any engine trouble codes (Check Engine light) at the time of inspection.<\/li><li>The customer must perform regular oil changes (every 8,000 km maximum) and keep the invoices.<\/li><li>In case of breakage, the client must:<ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ol><li>Contact us before any repair.<\/li><li>Provide a comprehensive appraisal by a garage authorized by our company.<\/li><li>Authorize a vehicle inspection.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3>Limits of liability<\/h3><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>The maximum reimbursement amount is 2,000 $ per claim and 5,000 $ in total over the entire warranty period.<\/li><li>Repairs must be authorized in writing by M\u00e9canique Home Concept.<\/li><li>No compensation will be offered if the customer repairs without our approval.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3>Claim procedures<\/h3><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">All claims must be sent by email to: <a href=\"mailto:Garantie@meca-home-concept.com\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Garantie@meca-home-concept.com<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Include: warranty number, vehicle purchase invoice, detailed diagnostic, and garage estimate.<\/p><h3>Cancellation<\/h3><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The warranty expires:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>At the expiration of the term or foreseen mileage.<\/li><li>In case of vehicle sale (non-transferable).<\/li><li>If the maintenance conditions are not met.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h3>Governing Law<\/h3><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">This contract is governed by the laws of the province of Quebec.
